Lauren Kiczula LMT, CYT-200 , graduated from Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy, in April 2013. She trained in Swedish, myofascial, and sports massage, with additional certifications in aromatherapy and pregnancy massage. While awaiting her massage license in June 2013, Lauren began to build upon her knowledge of anatomy and the use of movement as a means to heal by embarking on her yoga teacher training. Now finished with her training, Lauren seamlessly blends massage and yoga to benefit the entire person, inside and out. She’s back at it, again: in the fall of 2015, Lauren returned to Kishwaukee College to pursue her Associates in Science.
Lauren’s passionate commitment to her interest in the field of healing also makes her an astute and empathetic practitioner. No matter how you work with Lauren, she always has a modification for yoga pose or way to make you comfortable on the massage table. She loves to blend different modalities to help support people on their path to wellness.
