Erica Vega graduated from Kishwaukee College’s therapeutic massage program. She trained in various modalities and has particular interest in deep tissue, myofascial release, and stretching. After experiencing profound differences in her own body through massage therapy, Erica is a firm believer in the power of touch to support the deeper self-healing mechanism of the body. She is most curious about the relationship between language and tissue expression.
Erica also holds her Bachelor of Arts in English from Northern Illinois University and her Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from University of Southern Maine. Besides bodywork, Erica loves lifting heavy, dancing, and plugging away at her novel, one sentence at a time.
